Held each September from 2014 to 2019, Circle Carnival was a Feel Good Event from top to bottom. From conception through design, marketing, construction, and execution, our team brought this one-of-a-kind festival to Calgary, expanded its scope and popularity year-over-year, and forever raised the bar for outdoor entertainment in the city.

We partnered with YYCFoodTrucks and Village Brewery to bring indulgent food and beverage options to the festival grounds; curated diverse musical acts by local and international talent across three stages; and stacked the program with games and interactive play opportunities for people of all ages (we’re talking circus school, a giant ball pit, weiner dog races, a bingo dome and so much more). On top of all that, we handled the logistics of ticket sales, admission, security, and volunteer coordination, while securing big-brand sponsorships and media attention. 

Circle Carnival will forever remind us of what’s possible when we dream big.
